Music of Sally Greenaway

Written for large jazz ensemble featuring flugelhorn and soprano saxophone, this straight 8ths slow and broody piece was written in memory of Greenaway's father who passed away from cancer (hence the play on words for the title). There is a broad array of human emotions including regret, hope, love and wonder captured within the piece.

The piece features on the CD release Take it in Colour (released 2006).
